June 2018

I am so excited about the month of June and the opportunities I have to share, meet, and work with so many different groups of people!

Here's a quick rundown of where I'll be:

June 6

South Shore eLearning conference is in its second year after an amazing year 1 in 2017!  Over 900 educators are registered for this year and it's going to be an awesome 2 days of learning! I'll be there on Wednesday only but looking forward to sharing and learning all day long!  (My speaker sched)

June 7-8

Innovation Exchange in Fishers, Indiana is hosted by Hamilton Southeastern & Noblesville Schools.  It will be my first year attending and presenting at this conference.  I'm excited to see my friend, Diana Rendina, and connect with the innovative teachers in these systems.   I'll be sharing the Google love for all 3 sessions:  1 on Google Keep and 2 on the Applied Digital Skills curriculum.  (My speaker sched)

Indiana Summer of eLearning

These conferences are 2 of the 19 Summer of eLearning conferences offered in Indiana this summer. thanks to generous grant funding from our INDOE!

So many awesome choices for professional learning this summer -- they are definitely worth attending as many as you can manage!

The following 2 weeks, I'll be helping lead Google Level 1 Certification Bootcamps for Maconoquah Schools with the amazing Katie Bradford.  (If you're interested in a google bootcamp for your teachers or staff (or any other type of Google training) , contact my employer, Five Star Technology Solutions.  As a Google PD partner, we LOVE sharing and teaching all things Google!)

June 23-27

and then it's time for ISTE!  ISTE has been the highlight of my summers since I attended for the very first time in 2013.  This year is no exception!  There's so much to look forward to at ISTE 2018, I'm written a separate post.  (Read all about ISTE 18 here!)

Hope to see you in June!
