Google feels strongly that I should share about my Thursday afternoon in Philadelphia. They put together the story below using my pictures. (I love it when that happens! Now I just wish I could EMBED the story and not link it!)
Running into my friend & fellow TL News Live anchor, Sue Levine, was quite serendipitous. We actually ran into each other in line at the Atlanta airport trying to board the flight to Philadelphia to which the door had been closed. I couldn't believe my luck! I had just taken a flight from Indianapolis to Atlanta and had never thought they wouldn't hold the plane for me... Sue had experienced an awful time in security and was supposed to be on the same flight. Thankfully, we weren't the only ones and others were even more vocal than us (shocking, I know). In the end, we were both able to board the flight to Philadelphia for ISTE 2015!
That afternoon after finding our hotels and having a great lunch at Reading Terminal Market (Pearl's Oyster Bar), we went to the Franklin Institute to explore "The Art of the Brick" exhibit by Nathan Sawaya. More pictures from the amazing exhibit may be seen in the video below.
All in all, it was a great Thursday afternoon in Philadelphia. Thanks Google for reminding me to share all about it!
